Our Dallas, Fort Worth Paving Services Include:

Asphalt Overlays:

As asphalt ages and deteriorates through its designed life cycle, it is imperative to install a new layer of asphalt. This process known as asphalt overlay will extend the life of your surface and rejuvenate a fresh new look to the surface area. At Edmonds Paving the appearance of your property is our foremost concern. We want to ensure that your parking lots, driveways and streets leave a lasting impression for years to come.

Chip & Seal:

Chip and seal provides a beautiful alternative to asphalt. The tar is first applied to the base and then the gravel is applied. Once the tar is completely covered with gravel, a roller is used to firmly press the gravel into the tar. With Chip and seal you can personalize your project with colored stones, shades of brown, light grey, and red. Chip and seal surfaces typically last 10-15 years but can vary based on several factors such as climate, traffic, and base. Chip and seal is virtually maintenance free because there is no need to seal coat. Chip and seal can be up to 50% cheaper than asphalt.

Patching:

Asphalt patching is necessary to correct isolated areas of failures in your parking lot. In the process, you will also be providing a good foundation for your parking lot. Patching works by simply placing new asphalt on top of a failed area.

Seal Coating:

Asphalt is susceptible to certain chemicals and elements due to its porous composition. Spills of oil, gas and other chemicals can damage the asphalt. Seal coating will help protect your pavement from such chemicals. When you protect your asphalt with seal coating, it not only prevents damage but it also presents a brand new appearance. In addition, seal coating will help extend the life of your asphalt.

New Construction:

Edmonds Paving enjoys the reputation of being one of Dallas, Fort Worth’s premier asphalt paving companies. Our companys' code of ethics are built on our reputation for honesty, integrity, quality and customer service. We take pride in continually building strong and dedicated major client bases that utilize us for all their property asphalt and concrete paving needs. Edmonds Paving specializes in assisting property managers, developers, business owners, HOAs, government agencies, and shopping centers with paving needs both large and small.

Fine Grading and Hauling:

Any paving is only as good as the grade that it is on. Using the latest in technology and equipment, Edmonds Paving is capable of completing any size asphalt or concrete paving project.

Preventative Maintenance Programs:

Proper maintenance is essential to maximizing the life of your asphalt parking lot. Edmonds Paving has over 20 years of experience throughout the Dallas, Fort Worth metroplex. By properly maintaining your asphalt pavement you can defer costly resurfacing or replacement projects and maximize the life of your pavement.

Concrete:

Concrete is an alternative to asphalt. Not only does concrete have a longer structural life that is designed to last 25 to 30 years, its rigid surface provides excellent durability. Another advantage of concrete is that it requires less repair and maintenance. While concrete is more expensive to install than asphalt, it is a wise investment for locations that must withstand heavy loads.

Hot-Pour Crack Filling:

For asphalt that has minimal linear cracking, the most economical way to prevent future asphalt deterioration and asphalt expenses is to seal or fill the cracks. While there is multiple crack filling methods, Edmonds Paving uses hot-pour crack filling. This method is extremely beneficial for high-traffic areas. Hot-pour crack filling will help stop the damage by preventing the cracks from spreading.
